Certainly, you can get the insert as well. If you intend to place an order. Please email thru Etsy CONVO, and we will make adjustments..

How do I care for my newly purchased pillow cover?

Do you accept custom orders?
Yes, custom orders are welcomed. Please send an email.
Should I put the same size insert as the cover?
You can; however if you want a firm fit then we would suggest you go up an inch or two.
