What is the turnaround time?
When we receive your order our normal embroidery processing time is 3-5 days.
How will my order be shipped?
We ship USPS. Most items are shipped first class but you always have the option to purchase priority shipping.
What thread colors do you offer?
We carry 100’s of thread colors and most of the listings show a picture of the most popular choices. Or at check out please provide us with a thread color and we will match it as close as possible.
Is your business a non-smoking environment?
Yes, smoking is not allowed anywhere in our business and everyone that works here are non smokers.
