Gift wrapping and packages
All orders are packed in custom tissue paper. If you wish to offer items separately, please mention this when ordering. You can add a word to your gift, it is handwritten.

Returns and exchanges
It is possible to send me your package to the address on the back of the package, contact me maximum 14 days after delivery, you have 30 days to return the package. The stamp is at your expense. The item(s) will be refunded or exchanged as soon as possible.
Where stickers, prints and pins are produced
The majority of the products in my shop are produced in Europe.
My item arrived damaged
Don't panic, take a picture of the damaged products and send me a message so that we can find a solution.
My order has not arrived
If your order has still not arrived 14 days after shipment and the tracking notes it as delivered, in transit or pre-transit, contact me as soon as possible. I am not responsible for postal delays. During the holiday season and because of covid19, orders may be delayed. If you have any doubt, contact me.
