The quality of the item is amazing. Each piece is cut exactly and wonderfully layered. Working with Sarah so closely at the beginning to give an idea of the doggos and the colours I wanted was brilliant. Delivery was quick and easy. The piece was well wrapped to stop it from being damaged. Sarah’s customer service is impeccable. She’s helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. I cannot recommend her enough! I will definitely request commissions from her again.

Sarah maintained great communication throughout the process, even though she had multiple commissions in the works. She included all the tidbits of information and photos provided to create a portrait that was unique and personal. She was also happy to made amendments and additions with her drafts. I am beyond happy with the finished product, which was carefully wrapped to ensure no breakage would occur during transit. It is displayed proudly on our shelf and will be a piece which we will adore for many years!
