Frequently asked questions
How long before my order ships?
PROCESSING TIME FRAMES (starts when payment is made):
3-5 Business Days for in-stock items (although most items ship much faster than this)
Shipping Address and Tracking
UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES:
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. If a package is returned to me as undeliverable due to the address you gave me, you will need to pay for return shipping.
TRACKING:
When your order ships you should receive an email that includes your USPS tracking number. Please track your package so you will know when to expect delivery.
Insurance
My packages are not shipped with insurance, but it can be provided for an additional fee. Please contact me to request this prior to making your purchase.
Other notes about shipping
Once I turn your package over to the post office its delivery speed is out of my control.
I'm happy to help you locate your tracking information and assist you with the shipping process, but please keep in mind that USPS is a separate entity from The Wytch of the North.
I am not responsible for any USPS lost, damaged, or undeliverable packages. Please contact USPS if you fear your package has been lost in the mail. It is not my responsibility to contact USPS about a lost/missing package. I can provide insurance for your packages when you place your order if you are worried about a non-delivery.
