5 out of 5 starsMichal has excellent communications and he worked with me on custom type face selection and placement on the plate. The plate arrived quickly from Poland. The packaging was what I would call "minimal" but it's a steel plate so what could happen? The cardboard around the plate is soaked in water and the entire package wrapped in plastic prior to shipping. I assume to expedite the rusting / patina process as the cardboard was still damp and basically fell apart upon unwrapping. My only recommendation would be for Michal to ask customers if they want the item to arrive pre-rusted or if they want the item to rust naturally on their end. On our plate, the rust had a pattern that looked a bit like someone laid a wet towel on it as opposed to a "smoother" finish which is what we were hoping for. All in all, happy.
