I tend to visit the post office once a week (usually on Thursdays or Fridays), so most goods are shipped out within 1-3 days and arrive within 2-3 days after being dropped off at the post with USPS first class. However, if you need to receive something urgently, please contact me before choosing a shipping option and we can likely work something out to make sure you receive your parcel promptly.

As of October 2021, I am no longer taking commissions for custom portraits as I move Flowers are Rad! into a new phase.

The truth is that nothing is actually free. When you offer free shipping, you actually tack the cost of shipping onto your regular product price. For example, if an 8x10 print from my shop costs $11 now, I would have to mark it at around $14/$15 to factor in the shipping costs. I like to be as transparent about my business practices as possible with my customers and doing this would not feel right to me. Additionally if I were to offer free shipping on orders of, let's say, $35 or more, it'd be incredibly unfair to those making a purchase under $35, as they'd be paying for shipping twice––once in the hidden fee tacked onto the price of the product(s) and twice when they actually pay for shipping.

I do run sales and promotions from time to time–about five to six smaller sales events throughout the year and two big ones: Cyber Week and my annual Last Minute Holiday Sale in December. Sometimes during these sales, I offer free domestic shipping that IS actually free for you. The information about any of these sales/promos is always announced via my Instagram and Twitter (@lauralucy_f) and found noted in my shop announcements. If you don't see it there, it means there is no sale. Please do not try using any coupons found on couponing websites; I will not accept those.
