All of our items have been expertly measured for size. Measurements in the listing have been taken by laying the garment flat and measuring the width, then doubling it. For example, a dress with a waist that measures 14'' wide would be a 28" inch waist. The measurements taken are of the garment, and not necessarily what the dress will accommodate. In order to judge your size, you should compare the measurements of my garment to a similar silhouette that fits you best. Fit will vary from person to person, depending on how tight or loosely you like to wear your clothes, and due to your height/proportions. Clothing cannot be returned or exchanged due to errors on the buyer's part, so please ask questions before purchasing, if you are unsure.

All of our items have been professionally cleaned before they are sent out to you. If you have a question about cleaning, don't hesitate to contact us! Most of the items have been dry-cleaned as well as hand washed with a mild detergent. Our leather and vinyl products have been cleaned with the appropriate cleaners. Most of our hats have been cleaned either by submerging them in a bath, steaming, vacuuming, brushing, or a combination of all four! We do not use any harsh chemicals to restore our items.

Colors may vary on different screens. For this reason, it may be useful to view the item on your iPad, home computer, AND cellphone. Our main computer monitor has been calibrated to view as accurate as possible, however, not everyone will see our items the same way. If you have a question about color (I.e. Is this item pink or orange?) please send us a convo and I will be happy to send color sample photos for comparison.

Items purchased Mon - Fri ship next day. I use the most economical and safest shipping methods possible. I am not responsible for items damaged/lost after they have shipped. Please contact me for alternative shipping methods before you place an order. I always combine shipping. “Free” shipping orders ship via First Class.
International rates are calculated by location and weight. Shipping/handling charges will not be partially or fully refunded. My shipping prices include and may not be limited to insurance, rates based on region, and packing materials. Fees due to customs, taxes, or other fees incurred after item(s) have shipped are the buyer's responsibility. International rates are for First Class and do not include insurance.

All sales are final. I do not accept returns or exchanges. Please note that under no circumstance will an item be accepted for refund or exchange. If there is a problem with your order, contact me within 24 hrs of receipt. It is a buyer's responsibility to measure their body correctly and use those measurements as a guide against the given measurements. items will not be returned due to incompatible sizing. All items are described to the best of my ability and within my realm of knowledge. All and any flaws or issues with a garment will be disclosed in the listing. If you have questions pertaining to an item, please message me before purchasing. I will be happy to provide additional pictures and/or information.

I rate my items based on the following scale:

Excellent - As close to perfect as possible, could have a VERY minor flaw that I will mention. (i.e. manufacturer's defect, or a missing button) and very minor wear from age.

Great - Overall condition is outstanding with the exception of a flaw(s) or defect(s). Shows minimal signs of wear. (i.e. stains, seam openings).

Good - Average condition with signs of wear and tear and some noticeable flaws. Shows considerable wear (i.e. stains, missing rhinestones, fabric pulls, etc)

Fair - Just below average condition, with very notable wear and problems. (rips, tears, stains, etc) Poor - way below average, many problems. I do not list items in this condition unless they are rare.
