Hi, my name is Kris and welcome to Ginger Blossom Jewelry!

As Elizabeth Taylor once said "Jewelry has the power to be the one little thing that makes you feel unique". That has inspired me to make everything in my store is unique and one of a kind.

A little about me, I have always been a super creative artsy person. I have made jewelry for years, but most of the time, I would make it and keep it for myself. Now I want to share my jewelry with the world.

I had been brainstorming about a name for my shop, that fits my personality and screams me, and with some help from friends and family, I came up with Ginger Blossom Jewelry. I am a natural redhead, which I got from my dad, so my shop name is a nod to him, "Ginger".

I get inspired by everyday things, and get into serious trouble when I walk into craft stores or hardware stores. All my jewelry is unique that no single piece is exactly the same. My line currently includes necklaces, earrings and bracelets with a special line for wine glass charms.

I have a super silly, funky & quirky personality, am super creative with almost everything I touch. I love painting, drawing, crafting, jewelry making, sewing and designing my own patterns, and gardening (which is hard to do in Arizona!).

I am a proud dog mom of one rescue dog to Olive aka Ollie, who is a puppy that we adopted in September 2021 at 10 weeks old. She is growing fast, very talkative, super smart, and learning how to be a dog. She is a crazy mix, she is a Chow, Australian Cattle Dog (Heeler), Australian Shepherd, Rottweiler, Siberian Husky, Shiloh Shepherd, Border Collie, and Supermutt.

I am also a rainbow bridge dog mom to three boys and a girl. My first rainbow dog was Bolo, a purebred Shiba Inu. We lost her back in March 2010. Next was our Dexter, who was a chow mix who passed back in April 2021 from internal issues. He and Duncan showed up on my instragram every once in a while. My big guy, Duncan, a blue Australian Cattle Dog (Heeler), Chow, Sharpei, and Dane mix, passed away on August 29, 2022 from a surgery gone wrong for transitional cell cancer on his bladder. Harley, an American Pit Bull Terrier, English Bulldog, and a Bulldog mix, was a medical pup who is battling two kinds of skin cancer. We were his medical fosters and we are now officially foster fails as we have officially adopted him. He passed away suddenly on October 19, 2022, 6 weeks after we lost Duncan.

Halloween is my all time favorite holiday and I usually go completely overboard planning and creating my costume and props, so September thru October is usually super busy for me.
