Today we made the mountain silhouette artwork after reading some of the information about the Northern Lights first. Tomorrow we will do some more of the activities.

There are a lot of useful activities in here that can be adapted to your specific needs. I like that the package includes suggested supplemental books as support materials. There are also suggestions on ways to incorporate this material into other aspects of your home-based practice which is really helpful. The file was easy to download, print, and read.
