* HOW SOON DO YOU SHIP? & FROM WHERE?
We shipping within 1-2 day from Southern Oregon area. Please choose your shipping method CAREFULLY depending on YOUR NEEDS.
UPS 3-DAY OR 2-DAY: Guaranteed delivery or we can file a claim ($14-18)
PRIORITY MAIL: 2-10 days (it was once 2-3 days but it is NOT GUARANTEED and occasionally gets backlogged at post offices.)
FIRST CLASS: 2-10 days (we provide free 1st Class Shipping with orders over $35. However, we have NO control over the package once we ship it. If your order is for an important event in the next 2-3 WEEKS, we recommend a faster shipping method.
SHIPPING ADDRESS:
-> Double check the address Etsy has on file for you before completing your order.
-> Sending to a friend? Remember to add her address too!
-> Ordering items to go to multiple addresses? Place a separate order for each address you are shipping to.
-> If you ship to the wrong address & it must be resent, we will invoice you for the postage to be paid to reship.

We love providing you with options to find a charming, vintage-inspired pendant necklace or key chain that will hearten others as you tell a piece of your story. Or encourage a loved one with a message of hope during a challenging time.
Our necklaces are the perfect gift to tell a friend who is going through a battle few understand, "I see you. You inspire me!" Don't forget to email us a few sentences we can send along on your behalf.
CAN I HAVE A CUSTOM QUOTE: We are currently unable to provide custom items, however we do occasionally. Download the Gutsy Goodness App in IOS shop or Google Play to be notified when we have open slots.
CAN I MAKE IT A KEYCHAIN, NECKLACE, OR BOUQUET CHARM, INSTEAD OF WHAT I SEE? Yes, any style of jewelry can be made in the other version. Message us and we'll help.
WHAT CARD COMES WITH THIS?
Each jewelry design has a unique quotation card enclosed in the box, which makes it an even more personalized gift and a true keepsake. The necklace/keychain/bouquet charm listing tells you what the card says. We are not currently doing custom insert cards but are happy to include a note for a recipient if you are shipping it directly to her (or him).

I reached out to the seller and told her what I had done. She was very understanding and shipped the exact order to the correct address only charging me postage (which I have not been charged for). She was very quick to answer my questions, understanding, professional. This shop clearly has a very good work ethic. I would highly recommend purchasing from this seller! Thank you!

ABOUT OUR READY-TO-GIVE PACKAGING........................
All packages are presented in a dark brown gift box with a gold elastic band. Want our original Kraft box wrapped with a raffia ribbon and sand dollar charm? Add $1 giftwrap option at checkout.

WE WILL HANDWRITE YOUT NOTE..........................
We will include a hand-written note from you on a card. Add a 1-3 sentences and we will write your message in a note card to include with the package.

SENDING IT TO A FRIEND? ..........................
If the name on the address does not match the name of the person ordering it, we consider it a gift and a receipt will NOT be enclosed.
> If it looks like a gift but there is not a note for the recipient or you have not told us it's a gift, we will contact you to see if you'd like a note included, but you may just have a couple hours to respond before it's sent. If we don't hear from you we will just send the gift.

Your zinc alloy brass piece will naturally darken, but can be cared for to keep it looking the way you received it. We include our best tips such as how to store your piece, clean it, and keep it looking beautiful.

Our pieces are sold "as is" but you can purchase as many charms as you need. If you do not want the charm shown, let us know to leave it off. In order to best serve our customers and keep your orders organized we do not substitute charms or beads.
