Bad form; overpriced. It took several weeks for them to get to the order. Since I hadnt heard from them, I had to order something else as replacement. I am a designer; I can't wait around weeks! ~ I emailed them before I made my replacement… They responded that 'they were on a trip, but would be 'happy' to get back with me and discuss when they returned'. I politely accepted. 2 weeks later I get a conf. shipment email. Are YOU JOKING? I emailed them immediately letting them know that I had replaced the order to fit my design timeframe. They told me 'tough' sales were finale'.~I had emailed them BEFORE they had even finished the shelves; they did not even respond to my email as promised. I could have at least changed the color of the shelf so I could use it elsewhere.CROOKS.
