My order arrived damaged! What should I do?

Please contact me immediately! Minor creases can often be remedied at home, but I recognize that some damage is beyond repair. Please message me with photos of the damage; I'd be happy to work on a solution with you.

My order hasn't arrived yet. What can you do to help?

Unfortunately I am unable to do much of anything should your order encounter a delay with USPS or in customs. So long as your order is still "active" and has yet to be delivered, I will not issue refunds or ship a replacement. I am also not responsible for stolen orders.
