Maybe you're asking yourself how a blogger that runs an entrepreneurship/personal finance website ended up starting an Etsy store that sells digital products & donates 10% of his profit to a local food pantry.
If you knew me personally, it probably wouldn't come off as strange sounding, but I'm pretty sure to most people that it's perfectly strange. I mean, I know I'm not exactly Etsy's target market.
About 12 years ago I became interested in many things including web design, and graphic design. Out of that interest (and watching my dad run his business) I developed a love for entrepreneurship.
Growing up, I learned a lot about what you shouldn't do with money, and I ended up learning a lot about managing money well. I decided to start http://WealthArtisan.com to help my family & friends manage their money better.
Eventually, Wealth Artisan also became an outlet for me to talk about entrepreneurship. Throughout all of this, I've loved artistic things like making videos & graphic design. I promised my readers that I would start offering more types of media like images and video.
Also during this time, I began volunteering more & more at my church and helping with the various ministries (It's a super small church, so everyone wears lots of hats!).
I recently started making inspirational and motivational images and thought this would be a great way to tie all of my passions together.
So, that is exactly how an entrepreneurial blogger ended up running an Etsy shop that donates 10% of its profit to a food pantry.
