5 out of 5 starsVery fast shipping, great communication with Victoria. It is the first time i'm using a natural shampoo bar. I washed my hair twice.My hair both times was a little bit sticky. I will give them time to get used to the natural ingredients.The bar's natural fragrances are amazing.

I meant to keep one bar for myself and gift the rest... but I loved it so much that I'm keeping them all to myself :D The bars are a bit smaller than I expected, but they last MUCH longer than most soaps of this caliber. Scents are subtle and not overpowering, yet last a long time after showering. Communications with the seller were answered right away and my order shipped the day after I ordered - on a holiday! I received my order, from Belgium to the US, within two days. I highly recommend this shop - both the products and customer service deserve an A+!

5 out of 5 starsThis is an excellent hard soap that cleans well and is gentle on sensitive skin. It is advertised as unscented, but all soap has a natural aroma, of course, and this soap has a subtle sweet smell to it. Customer service is outstanding. The seller traveled over land and sea to make sure it was delivered at the lowest price. Literally. The bars even came gift-wrapped during the holidays at no extra charge. Highly recommended.

How do I contact you if there's something wrong or I have questions?
We are committed to honest business practices so if you have a complaint, a change for your order, a question before or after purchase, or any dissatisfaction please contact us via Etsy or via email at cvstudios00 [!at] gmail.com and we will respond as soon as possible. If your question is covered in the FAQ or policies, I will instead direct you there.
Gift wrapping and packaging
We use bubble wrap envelopes that can be taken apart and the components recycled for shipping. Our soap is wrapped in recycled butcher parchment and sealed with recycled plastic tape in order to remain sustainable. Our labels are printed using recycled adhesive paper labels.
Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
We sure do! As a store based in Belgium it would be ridiculous of us not to accept orders in the EU and similar.
Are your soaps a homemade cold/hot process soap or is it a melt-and-pour base?
Our soaps are either a hand-mixed proprietary cold-process in-house soap or a proprietary hot-process in-house soap. We no longer use melt and pour soap base, all soaps are made in house from lye and oil.
Are your soaps vegan/organic?
All our soaps are made with organic ingredients and made with the highest quality standards. We rarely use fragrance oils, opting for essential oils sourced from the EU and India. When we do use fragrance oils, they are pthalate free. Not all our soaps are vegan, but they are assured cruelty-free.
My soap is misshapen/weighs differently than listed! What gives?
Our soaps are made in small batches, hand-poured, and hand-cut so some soaps may end up weighing a little less. This is to be expected with any handmade product. We are currently working on getting a slicer that will create much more uniform bars.
Is your workshop clean/what is your workshop like?
My workshop is my kitchen. I thoroughly disinfect everything pre and post-manufacturing to restaurant quality standards. You can literally eat off the countertops and the animals are locked out to prevent contamination. Our house is smoke-free and home to two dogs, a flock of eight hens, and two corn snakes.
What are your hours?
We are available to message Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM Central European Time. Saturdays we are available to message from 12 PM to 4 PM CET and we are unavailable on Sundays. Any messages received after these times on these days will not be answered until next working day. Please be patient and wait!
