4 out of 5 starsFinally received my order after a week of it saying it was delivered. I tried to contact the seller MULTIPLE times & I still have yet to hear from them, not a single reply. Very disappointed. The items turned out great, but the customer service is a HUGE let down.

Frequently asked questions
Do you offer proofs?
No, we do not offer proofs unless one is requested by the buyer after purchase. We want to ship your order as quickly as possible, and proofs disrupt our workflow. Please contact us if you have any questions.
What if an item arrives damaged?
You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving order with pictures of the damaged packaging and item.
Do you take returns?
We do not accept returns on ANY personalized item. If something is wrong with the item we will send a replacement or try to work with the buyer on a solution.
When will my order ship?
Shipping estimates are updated in our shop announcements and within the listing. Estimated times will vary based on the season, holidays, etc and sometimes we push the ship by date. We communicate with the buyer if anything is delayed. We work as quickly as possible M-F but reserve weekends for family time.
What happens if I enter the wrong shipping address?
We understand mistakes happen and that’s okay! Please message us ASAP and we can make a note to change the address before shipping. If the order has already shipped we are unable to make any changes and the buyer will be responsible for any replacements or shippings costs that may occur.
What happens if my order is late?
We can not guarantee any package deliveries. We do our best to ship orders as quickly as possible but once the package has been given to USPS or UPS it is out of our control. Sometimes tracking doesn’t update right away and all shipping carriers are not guaranteeing any delivery times due to being short staffed because of Covid. We expect additional delays in shipping time during the peak holiday season. Please be patient - We are all doing our best to make things happen as quickly as possible.
My package was marked delivered but it’s not here
Shipping delays and deliveries are out of control. Sometimes postal services mark things delivered but it doesn’t actually appear until days later. If you feel like the package was stolen we may be able to help after a police report was filed for a stolen item.
