Paypal is the preferred safe method of payment.

SHIPPING
Orders will be shipped to your Etsy address, please make sure it is up to date. Delivery of completed orders will be made on behalf of Hubert Fine Art by shipping carriers.
Shipping within 1 week via shipping carriers. Prints packed and delivered in sturdy tube or hard backed envelope.

International shipments times vary from 5 - 30 days. Please note that all taxes, duties and customs fees associated with international shipping are the responsibility of the buyer.

Please see the shop announcement for any shipping delays due to vacation or postal holidays.
Hubert Fine Art shall not be held responsible for any damage to, discrepancies in or shortages of delivered prints unless notified by the client within 48 hours of receipt.

Any complaints or claims must be notified within 7 days of receipt of goods. We take great care to ensure your purchase will arrive safely and quickly.

Please let us know if you have not received your package within expected time frames.

LOST PACKAGE
When are parcels deemed to be lost

Overseas packages can sometimes take up to 6 weeks to clear customs so please be aware if your items are taking a long time to arrive - this may very well be the cause. If there is duty to pay you will be contacted by the customs authority to pay the additional customs due.
UK parcels are not deemed to be "lost" until after 15 working days. USPS does not consider an international order lost until 45 days have passed (21 for domestic)

Hubert Fine Art retain all intellectual property rights, including copyright privileges to prints purchased.

I Hubert Fine Art am the data controller of your personal information as it relates to my shop. When you place an order, I will receive your name, delivery address and email address from Etsy. I will only use these details to process and deliver your order, or deal with any queries you have related to that order. If you send me a message using the contact button on Etsy, I will receive your user name and email address. The only circumstances in which I will share your data are in processing your order or complying with the law.

I will never use or pass on your information to third parties for marketing purposes or any other purpose, other than the circumstances listed below or add you to any mailing list without your explicit consent. The circumstances in which I may share your data are :

- With Etsy to comply with my obligations. With delivery companies to fulfil your order. To comply with legal or tax obligations. I will retain your details for as long as necessary in order to process the transaction and I will securely store any data collected during that period. I retain personal data related to orders or customer queries for 6 years. After this time I will delete your data from my records. You have the right to know what personal data I hold about you, and to ask for that data to be changed or deleted. You also have the right to complain to the ICO if you believe there is a problem with the way I handle your data. If you have any concerns about your personal data, please contact support@Etsy.

In addition to my own privacy policy, if you pay with PayPal, your data will be protected by PayPal's privacy policy. If you pay directly by card on Etsy, your personal data is protected by Etsy's privacy policy.
