I have been using Ice & Jam lipstick for years. Last order was not correct. Their customer service is amazing. A new lipstick was sent to me and a refund given for my incorrect order. Can't beat that for service. My favorite lipstick is "Ouch, ouch your on my hair." Margaret in Cleveland, Ohio

Hands down my favorite lipstick brand!! This is a new color for me but I like it! Wish they would bring back “who’s your daddy” - it’s my go to color. I’ve bought several colors from Ice + Jam and have enjoyed them all!

This was not like any Ice & Jam lipstick I have purchased in the past. It is more like a lip gloss. I have another order being delivered. I sure hope it is NOT like the one I just got. Or it will be my last Ice & Jam order. I was at a show in Cleveland when you first started and loved your product. Not so much anymore. Margaret
