How do I get a custom order?

Click the “request custom order” button on my Etsy page, it will bring up a message area to message me about what you want and discuss it with me. I can customize things such as the fabric choice (eg galaxy themed, Cleveland browns themed, etc.) ,add more (such as lace), and more. Message me and we can discuss exactly what you want!

Where do you ship to?

I ship to the United States, Canada, and Australia! Shipping prices vary based on the country. Please message me with any questions :)

Sizing details

We have 5 different sizes of face masks, 6 sizes of over the collar pet bandanas, 1 size of safety breakaway bandanas, 2 sizes of headbands.
For a cat, we recommend an extra small or small. To be sure, we recommend checking measurements.
Sizing chart with measurements will be in the images of the product, the sizes are below as well without measurements.

Care instructions

Face Mask Care:
Wash on hot and tumble dry low.
Do not wear if damp from spit or mucus. See cdc website for more info.
Iron mask itself on cotton setting if needed-DO NOT iron the elastic part of the masks.

Pet bandana Care:
Wash on regular and tumble dry low.
For the best look on your dog it is very important you iron it after washing and drying. We recommend starting on a low heat setting and slowly working your way up.

Scrunchies Care:
Wash on regular and tumble dry low.
For scrunchies with bows, we recommend you iron the bow part flat after washing by starting on a low heat setting and slowly working your way up.

How fast is shipping?

I normally ship your order within three days of your order being placed. Sometimes even the same day!
