VAT + Import Tax Information
As a US-based business, we are not legally allowed or registered to collect and remit VAT, GST, or other import taxes for other countries. Please note that VAT or GST is not collected or remitted by us. Buyers are responsible for any and all import taxes that may be due on the items they purchase from us and thus import from the US. This includes VAT or GST which are taxes assessed by your local government at the time of delivery. We are not able to refund these taxes or costs to you, nor are we able to accept refunds because of these costs incurred by the customer.
What if my package didn't arrive in time?
Once the package leaves my hands, the USPS holds all responsibility for delivery. I'm sorry but we can not offer refunds for goods delivered late, as we don't deliver your package. We encourage you to order early and with upgraded shipping if you're working with a shorter time frame! We always do our best to get your order shipped from our studio ASAP.
Can you do all of my wedding paper goods?
Yes, we'd love to! We love helping a couple create cohesive signage for their special day. Just message us with your needs and we'll give you our pricing details!
Color Printing - Vow & Guest Books
Although we make every effort to show our color swatches accurately, we cannot guarantee your computer monitor will accurately depict our color swatches. We do not accept returns or offer refunds based on color.
Please note that we are not able to provide refunds or exchanges on any custom items (vow books and guestbooks are included) simply because you don't like the color you've received. Monitor screens and mobile devices have variations in colors, and because of this we aren't able to 100% guarantee that the colors you see are the colors we see/print.
If you have a custom color you'd love us to print--a HEX color code is the most accurate way for us to copy that color. Let us know if you have any questions!
Cancellations + Refunds of Custom Items
We do our absolute best to get your orders out ASAP, and because of this, we aren't able to accept cancellations on orders. It's highly likely that your order has already begun production by the time you request cancellation.
We are also not able to accept refunds or exchanges on customized items.
Can I customize your vow books and guestbooks?
Of course! We're happy to make any customizations. This includes names, dates, pronouns and any other details you'd like noted. Please make sure to note your personalization correctly. Your order goes into production after you purchase, so we aren't able to make changes. We are unable to offer refunds for misspellings in a customer's personalization requests.
Need His + His or Hers + Hers+, or Theirs + Theirs? We're happy to print whatever pronouns you'd like, just be sure to note those when you purchase. If you haven't specified, books will be printed with "His + Hers". Have a preference on how your date is printed? Just be sure to note the exact format you'd like, and we'll print.
Shipping Questions
We ship orders via USPS and FedEx. Delivery issues due to incorrect or incomplete addresses, mailbox issues or transit issues are not under our jurisdiction, nor are we able to refund due to these. We are also not able to refund due to package theft, or because you can't find your order. If you can't find your delivered order, we recommend that you contact the deliverer (USPS or FedEx) directly.
Can you guarantee my order by a certain date?
Our standard production times listed are accurate. We do our best to get orders out ASAP. However, we are not able to control or guarantee shipping transit times, as shipping is completely out of our control. We're happy to give you a shipping and/or production estimate, or show you options for rush upgrades if you're in a time crunch.
