It's VERY important if you do not live in the US, that you add your contact number to your shipping address or in the note to seller so that the post in your home country can contact you about your package. The number is not for me, or the post in the USA, it's for your home country. This is so your package is not sent all the way back to me. Thanks!

Custom and personalized orders
I cannot personalize my cards or prints and unfortunately I cannot take on commission work at this time.

Can I buy a digital file so I can print it myself?
Sorry, no. I do not ever sell or share digital files of my paintings. Thanks for your understanding!
Order stuck in transit, or lost in transit.
There are significant delays occurring within USPS. Please understand that once I hand the packages over the the post, I have no control over these delays. I will replace orders lost in transit within the US 30 days after ship date, and 50 days after ship date for international orders.
Now and again, a package will come damaged
Just send me a photo of the damage and I will replace it!
When will my order arrive?
Orders are prepared within 3 business days. If you choose the free shipping option and live in the US, your order will ship USPS Ground Advantage- which takes 2-8 days (omit sundays) to arrive depending on where you live. We ship from the west coast. Shipping upgrades are available, please upgrade shipping at checkout if you need the items sooner. International orders can take 7 to 40 ish days to arrive. We have no knowledge of your home countries customs policies.
*Please understand: We hand the packages over to the post in good faith. We have no control of what happens in transit & have access the same tracking info as you. See our policies regarding lost or damaged packages.
When you upgrade to Priority
When you have upgraded to Priority, and want to ask me to move your order up in the queue, direct message me. Otherwise I ship in the order received. Please don't request to be moved up in the queue in the "note to seller". I don't see those notes until I get to the order to ship, but I check my messages daily. Also, messaging me here on Etsy yields a quicker response than emailing.
Coupon Codes
Coupon codes must be entered when prompted at checkout to receive the discount. When used properly the discount will come off your total. Typing out a coupon code in the note to seller or personalization box will not give the discount and cannot be granted thereafter.
