I ordered two hand painted ornaments (of my recently deceased father) as gifts. The photos that I provided were older and not as clear,however, she captured his spirit beautifully as if the photos were in perfect condition. When sent proofs of her work, I requested a slight adjustment and she graciously obliged. I will be ordering again in the future!
