I ship all my items tracking and insurance. If you need your items faster, please contact me to see how quickly I could work in your order, then add the Rush Order listing to your order.
You can keep an eye on the new stuff I'm working on - it'll show up on Instagram (watch the hashtag #jumpingPineapple), and my Facebook page sometimes before a listing is created. The colors of the print are very bright. I messaged the seller because I was worried about shipping but she messaged me back so quickly! I’m so happy with this purchase! I will definitely be buying from this seller again.

5 out of 5 starsThis tool roll is super functional and looks great! The canvas and stitching feel very sturdy. Exactly as described! It also has so many pockets! I keep extra pieces of paper in the back pockets, which is so handy if I don't want to bring my whole sketchbook with me on the go. As you can see in the picture, I have filled my tool roll with lots of coloured pencils, pastels, even a watercolour palette is in there! I already have a few tool rolls and pencil cases in various sizes, but this is the one I bring out with me when I want to bring lots of different media. It also shipped within the estimated timeline! I highly recommend this seller!

Custom and personalized orders
I love working on custom orders! The collaboration with you is very welcome -- I love working with different colors or new materials, or figuring out a design solution with new parameters. Please contact me before purchasing so we can talk about what you're thinking, and I can figure out the cost and create a custom listing just for you. In most cases just changing colors does not change the cost of the item, so please feel free to ask!
Sizing details
I give my baby shoe sizes in both months and length of the foot. To be sure these shoes will fit well, please measure the baby's foot. If you're concerned a baby has especially chubby or thin feet, send me a convo and we can chat about it. I can usually adjust shoes to fit!
Women's slippers follow typical shoe sizes. If you wear a half size, order the next larger size in slippers. If you need wide or extra wide, I can do that! Please message me before buying to let me know what you need and I'll make it happen.
Care instructions
Care instructions can generally be found in each listing, but are for sure added with each order. Most of my items are washable! If you have questions prior to ordering, please send me a convo.
Gift wrapping and packaging
All my packaging can double as a gift box if needed. If you'd like me to wrap a gift inside the packaging, please send me a convo and we'll work out a custom listing for gift wrap. I'm happy to include gift messaging free of charge in your package. Please send me a note with your order and I'll include it in the package for you.
