Frequently asked questions
When will I get my order?
PLEASE NOTE: Fulfillment and shipping can will take longer than usual until Covid-19 is controlled. Once an item has been shipped, we are unable to control or predict shipping times. We will do our best to help with any issues, however we are limited with what we are able to do once the item is in the hands of our shipping partners or the postal service.

Normal fulfillment and shipping times:
It takes 3-7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:
● USA: 5- 8 business days
● International: 10-20 business days
I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?
We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at justamarylandgirl@gmail.com within a 14 days with photos of the
damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order.
We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at justamarylandgirl@gmail.com with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.
Do you offer exchanges?
We don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at justamarylandgirl@gmail.com
How do I order a customized shirt?
1) Please send an email to justamarylandgirl@gmail.com, or send an etsy message explaining your custom request.
2) I will send you a mock-up of your request via the same method that you contacted me.
3) Once we have both approved the draft, you should select the "customized tshirt" option from my listings (I will provide the link to you to you as well), and check out.
** Custom orders take longer, so please be sure to mention if this is a time-sensitive request.
I live close by, can I meet you to get a shirt?
I actually use a printing company to fulfill my orders. They also handle the shipping. So unfortunately I do not have shirts on-hand to sell.
