Unfortunately my commissions are closed for the foreseeable future, but please feel free to browse the products I do currently have!

Postage on returning package

As stated my Returns & Exchanges policies, buyers are responsible for paying for the return postage.

All returned items must be received in original, re-sellable condition before any refund is issued.

Package marked as delivered, not received

If the packages are marked as “Delivered” when the buyers have not received their packages, buyers are responsible for contacting their local post office to inquire about the GPS location of the package drop-off location. If they suspect/have evidence that their packages have been stolen/tampered with, buyers are responsible for contacting their local police department to file an official report.

Please feel contact me if this issue has occurred. I may send replacements depending on the contents and value of the packages, but I make this decision on a case-by-case basis.

Package stuck in-transit

Due to the staffing shortages of delivery personnel, buyers may experience delays with their packages.

Why are the international shipping fees so expensive?

These prices are set by the postal service. Unfortunately, I do not have any control over the cost of shipping.

Package returned-to-sender

There may be a few reasons as to why packages are returned-to-sender and make its way back to me:

1) When a buyer lists an invalid address

2) When a buyer moves to a new address and lists their previous residential address on the order

Regardless of the reason, for me to reship a package to the correct address, the buyer will be billed for the cost of shipping.

Incorrect address on the order

Please contact me right away if you've listed the wrong address on your order!

1) If I've already shipped out the order, the buyer must submit a package-intercept request on the USPS page: https://www.usps.com/manage/package-intercept.htm
The buyer is responsible for paying the package intercept fee of $15.95 per package, to have it re-routed to the correct address.

2) If I have not purchased the shipping label for the order, please message me with the correct address immediately, for no extra incurred fees.

3) If I have already purchased the shipping label for the order but have not dropped off the package at the post office, please message me with the correct address immediately, for no extra incurred fees.

Is your art AI-generated?

No, absolutely not! No part of my creative process involves AI-generated art. I'm staunchly opposed to the idea; I illustrate all of my sketches and paintings (and I mean *all*) by hand. Support handmade!
