Notebook Shipping (spiral & hardback)
UK: 2nd class Royal Mail
Overseas: Standard
TRACKED SHIPPING:
Tracked shipping is available at checkout! £6.5 for uk & £10 everywhere else.
Returns and exchanges:
I do not accept returns on exchanges if your notebook is personalised.
Not personalised: returns within 14 days. You are responsible for the shipping cost in returning the item to me. Once I have the item back I will send a refund or a new item if you are exchanging.
If your item has not arrived by the estimate date please get in touch before leaving a review. I can only give a refund on notebooks after 30 days has gone by.

Shipping
My processing time is 1-5 working days depending on what you are ordering from the date of purchase.
If you live in the UK - Your items will be shipped to you using 2nd Class Royal Mail, please allow 2-5 working days for your items to arrive.
Tracked is available at checkout.
OVERSEASE;
Your item will ship using Royal Mail 'standard' delivery.
Please allow 5-10 working days for your item to arrive. Unfortunately, I don't post with tracking as standard as the cost is too high for me to cover. However you can upgrade at checkout.
If you item has note arrived and 15 days have gone by, please get in touch!
Gift wrapping and packaging
I try to be as eco friendly with my packaging. I use tissue paper in lots of my orders which is recycled. If you happen to get some bubble wrap in your order - this is reused from my personal orders so please use again or recycle. This cuts down cost and I can offer lower prices.
Gift wrapping is available but not for spiral and hardback notebooks. I will use brown paper and twine to gift wrap your order.
Wholesale availability
My paper notebooks, stickers, makeup bags, cushion covers are available for wholesale.
Wholesale price is 50% off with a min order value of £150.
