We only accept returns for orders that were received damaged or faulty. Please provide at least one picture of the damage or error, and we will get back to you as soon as possible with a resolution. Damage claims must be submitted within 3 weeks of delivery. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 3 weeks after the estimated delivery date.

If you provide the incorrect address at payment, you will be required to pay for shipping again, so please double check before you submit your order!
