We accept two types of payment:

- via PayPal. It's very easy, quick and safe to use. You can pay with credit card as well (VISA, MASTERCARD, MAESTRO, AMERICAN EXPRESS,...).
Please note you do not need a PayPal account to do this.

- via Postepay: ITALIAN BUYER ONLY.

If payment is not received within 48 hours of the order, we will remove the order and relist the item in our shop.

All price and all bills are in Euro (EUR).

If there are extra costs coming from your local laws in term of import tax,etc (check with your local laws), it will be borne by you. As far as I know, there are no extra charges from each local laws among european countries.

Once payment is received, items will be shipped within 1-3 business days. Unless it is a custom order when you will be specifically notified when your order will ship.

SHIPPING TIME (Certified Mail):
Italy: 3-5 business days* (in addition to shipping)
Europe: 6-10 business days* (in addition to shipping)
International orders: 14-30 business days* (in addition to shipping)
*business days: Mon - Fri

Items are shipped from Italy to elsewhere.
Delivery times depend on the destination, time of year and from customs.
Please double check your existing customs laws, as I can't be responsible for any eventual trouble or overcharge for importing goods in your country.

IMPORTANT:
We do always ship to your PayPal Address.
If you want to ship to a different address, please let me know during the chekout, in the note to the seller.

SPECIAL REQUEST:
The shipping cost in each listing is referred to Certified Mail of Poste Italiane, a type of safe shipping from Italy with a tracking number.
If you want a different shipping, more quick or more expensive (without tracking number), please let us know before the payment and we'll revise the shipping cost.

If your purchase is a gift and you want to write a message to the recipient, we can do it for you writing a ticket. Just write a note to the seller (note to seller) at checkout, a conversation or email with the text to write.
