A true work of art from a Master craftsman. I could not be more pleased with our large walnut keepsake box. Rich understood what we wanted and completed the box perfectly. We had our son’s name on top, an inscription on the inside lid and an inscription on the bottom of the box . Communication was stellar and Rich updated us every step of the way!! A true gentleman! I cannot recommend Rich highly enough.

I've made many purchases on Etsy, but very few of the shops I've bought from can rival the pleasant experience & satisfaction that I got from this one. Rich, the proprietor, was very diligent in communicating with me & very courteous in doing so. He offered me numerous options to customize my order & sent me regular updates of his progress in crafting it. He uses the best quality solid hardwoods to make his boxes, & their beauty and sturdiness are second to none. I will be very pleased to have this cherry keepsake chest grace my home for the rest of my life. Rich was even so thoughtful as to include a personalized letter thanking me & providing me with tips about how to care for my purchase. Ordered this memory box for the family of an employee who passed away on while on the job. Rich was very conscientious about the order and wanted to make sure everything was perfect. When completed, he sent pictures of the finished product and also asked that we let the family know how to unpackage without damaging the box.
