I had Lauren combine a picture with a different pictures, background as a Christmas present for someone special. Due to the nature of the picture, some of the painting was very small and intricate. It was very difficult to tell which colors should be painted in certain spots. As this was a picture of someone’s beloved dog, I reached out to Warren to receive some advice on how to proceed on several areas of the painting that I could not find or interpret the numbers that corresponded with the color to paint. I did not receive any feedback from the seller and wound up pursuing this on my own. While it turned out fairly well I wish that there would have been a printed copy of the picture with the corresponding numbers to colors, and or that she would have reached out to me to help me along.

This is a post card, not a folded greeting card. And, on the back, the card has lots of branding. I can’t give this to my wife.

Painting came out okay. Had to change one of the colors myself by mixing because it didn’t match with what the photo was supposed to look like. Would get a response from the seller every 3 days which was inconvenient

I never received the item. I had to contact Etsy to get a refund after 2 weeks past the estimated delivery date. I always ignore negative reviews but seriously I was so annoyed by this.

No communication from seller. Never received item.

Item never arrived. Item was ordered to arrive before Christmas. It still hadn't, but no problem, I was fine with it being late. Reached out to confirm it was shipped and was told another was on the way. A month later it still hadn't arrived. If I could give less stars for being scammed, I would. Avoid this seller at all costs.

Never received and never had any correspondence from seller. Currently working on getting refund.

*ITEM NEVER RECEIVED, ORDER REFUNDED BY ETSY* Very long wait time in between responses from seller from the beginning - seller never reached out to confirm where to send photo (I ended up just sending it after waiting 3-4 days), item was not shipped by expected date (which was a range of 3-4 days) and when contacted, there was no response from seller. Reached out multiple times with no response - finally submitted case to etsy for refund about 5 days after original expected ship date and no response from seller and seller magically messaged that my item was ready to be shipped about 15 minutes after that! I told them no thanks at that point, I'm not interested in receiving work from someone with such poor communication with their customers.

This is my second time ordering from Lauren’s and it’s always amazing work. Im still working on my piece but I will now always order from this shop for my paint by number needs. The product looks amazing, it is packaged very securely and is well taken care of, and the customer service is outstanding. Thank you!!!
