Please keep in mind when ordering that shipping time is an estimate and arrival by a certain date cannot be guaranteed. I suggest allowing for a minimum of two weeks when ordering an item for a specific event/date to help ensure it arrives by when you need it.

Frequently asked questions
When will I get my order?
Production takes 2-5 days on average and shipping usually takes 2-6 days. I'm unable to speed up the production time it takes to actually print an item, as I work with several professional printers who print my designs for me. Items are mailed directly to you after printing.
Where will my order ship from?
Your order will ship from the U.S. I design my items and then they are printed and shipped from a network of reliable suppliers and shipping carriers across the country.
My tracking e-mail says my item has been delivered but it's not here. What should I do?
• Check your mailbox itself, as items are most often delivered to actual mailboxes through USPS.
• Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.
• Click the tracking link in your shipping confirmation e-mail to make sure it says "delivered," versus "in transit" or "out for delivery."
• Give it a day or two to see if your package is delivered. Sometimes USPS marks an item as delivered before it's actually dropped off.
• Check with neighbors and your local post office (ask for the exact delivery coordinates). Most often, if a package is "missing" it can be found with a neighbor or is back at the post office.
• If your package is still missing, please file a claim with your local post office.
I received a misprinted or incorrect item, what should I do?
I work with a network of reliable suppliers, whose quality I trust, in order to get my items out more efficiently. I will make it right for you if any item arrives with sub standard print quality, a mistake in printing, a product defect, or a size other than what you ordered. To help me resolve this for you quickly, please send me a message with a photo of the item, and I will get it fixed.
What’s your refund/exchange/cancellation policy?
I'm unable to offer returns or exchanges, as all my items are made-to-order. I work with a network of reliable printers around the country to get my items out more efficiently and therefore do not carry a full inventory. If you’re unsure which shirt size would fit best, please check the sizing chart in each listing—it is helpful to measure a shirt you already have that fits well and then compare it to the chart.
Cancellations are not possible because after you place your order, production begins.
Refunds and replacements are only available if you’ve received the wrong or misprinted items. If either of these apply, please let me know.
Can I request a rush order?
I'm not able to speed up the production time for any of items because I work with several professional printers who print my designs for me. It takes 3-5 days on average for production.
Who pays customs and import taxes?
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply, both at purchase and/or when receiving the item.
Can I request gift wrapping for my order or add a note to the recipient?
I'm not able to offer gift wrapping or notes at this time due to the suppliers I currently work with.
I only received part of my order even though my tracking link says the entire order has been delivered.
Etsy doesn't allow me to enter multiple tracking links for an order. Often items ship separately, as they're completed, or are coming from different supplier locations. If you ordered more than one item, and only one arrives, rest assured the other(s) will follow. However, if you have any questions/concerns about this, please do reach out to me.
The tracking says my delivery has issues and/or my package was returned to sender. What do I do?
If you notice your tracking says your package delivery has an issue or is marked as "return to sender," please contact your local post office right away to see if you can pick up your package there before it's actually returned. I work with a network of suppliers and so when items are returned, they go back to the supplier. There is then a charge to reship an item to you and the cost varies (usually between $6-$8 per item.) If this happens, please let me know and I will send you a link for the reshipping fee. Also let me know an alternate or correct address in your message so that it can be resent without issues.
