Great alternative to plastic bags! I was looking for an alternative to biodegradable plastic bags and was so glad to have found something! My puppy has pretty soft poo, so it can be hard to pick up, but I use 2 pooch papers and it works! It definitely works better for firmer poo, though.

Takes a few times to get used to these papers, but a good idea. Came quickly with a thank you note.

I really like these. Years ago, I once tried to fashion some paper pickups with newspaper, but the newspaper didn't stay folded well, so had to use rubber bands to keep it closed (and had to use two pieces of newspaper). These are much more elegant. And they work well with, um..., runnier poo than one might expect! ;)

Overall, I recommend it to anyone looking for an alternative to plastic bags; however, it is of course very different than using a plastic bag. It is more challenging to pick up the waste in grass because you lose the dexterity of a plastic bag. Not a huge issue but something to be mindful about. Second, I have a 25lb terrier who doesnt produce a lot of waste and the papers probably wouldn't hold the amount of waste for a dog much larger than him. Before ordering I was concerned about was the the ability for it to stay closed after you twist it but am very impressed that it stayed twisted making it easy to carry and toss away. Lastly, I purchased these for the environmental considerations but it came with a nylon thank you ribbon in the box. I recommend the seller forego this touch. Thoughtful but unnecessary waste.

Fantastic! Our pet-waste composting service accepts these, and they've been a great option for our dogs on walks. I use a plastic bag clipped to my treat belt that holds the used paper and waste, and then I just dump it into the compost bucket when I get home. Both of the dogs are around 25lbs, and it's perfect for them. I would definitely need a larger paper if they were any bigger, though.

This pooch paper is the best by far. No more of this pseudo biodegradable plastic bags for me.

I love these paper poop bags! I have a 20 pound dog, and the size is perfect for pick up and twist top! I’m pretty much always near a receptacle, so perfect!
