• We only use professional ink, no knock-offs, ever. Because even drinking knock-off soda is a bummer, and we never want your colors to look like a sad clown's makeup.
• By using professional ink, this means that our ink quality holds true print after print, while delivering long-lasting quality in deeply saturated color.

• We only source paper made by enchanted forest elves... Just kidding, but our paper is Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) certified and (mostly) recycled. We also focus on supporting companies that promote sustainable practices and are headquartered right here in the good ol' USA. I know, the elf thing sounds way better...

• Digital files are only available for select items. We do not customize the size of our files. The size you purchase is the size you will receive.
