A lot of things these days are made just to be used once. Quantity is more important than quality.
For me it is the opposite
I think twice before I throw something out.
If it can be use for something different than it was made for, then, brilliant.
Think of all the paper clips they make in different colours, safety pins, beer bottle caps, birthday candles, toys...
