HOW LONG UNTIL MY ORDER SHIPS?:
For non-urgent shipments I need 3-5 business days (see specific processing days on each listing) since I personally hand make each & every order myself. Then transit time of 2-4 days for Priority Mail, 1-3 days for Express Mail and a bit longer for UPS Ground.
* Please contact me if you need your item shipped ASAP. I might be able to rush your order for an additional rush fee.
Once I ship on time delivery is up to the delivery company and delivery companies can have shipping delays that are out of my control.
Do your shipping costs seem high?
I pay a % of the total sale, including shipping, to Etsy. So the more shipping costs you the more I pay in Etsy fees.
Shipping Costs = Weight (glass is heavy) + Distance Traveled from AZ + Box Size (glass needs a large box with lots of bubble wrap).
To reduce your shipping costs choose the slowest shipping, order fewer items

For 6+ item orders you can ask me to review your Etsy shipping quote. For a shipping quote review please email me a screen shot showing all items in your order, the shipping rates being quoted and the address the items are being shipped to. I can look for cheaper shipping and get back to you in a few days.
How much will it cost to ship my order?

Can I select the wine bottle for my order?
We offer the most customizations!

We allow you to customize your professionally cut wine bottle by choosing wine labels on, or labels removed (label off is the most popular choice).
For SERVING DISHES I recommend ordering "label off" for easy cleaning and ordering with smoothly "sanded edges."
The PLANTER version includes a custom drainage slit! Now your cut wine bottle is transformed into plant pot that drains out excess water! = happy plants.

Wine Bottle Options:
WINE BOTTLE SHAPE:
Wine bottles maybe red wine bottle, white wine bottle or a champagne bottle in shape (based on availability). Orders of 2+ bottles may receive bottles that are similar or dissimilar to each other.
GLASS COLOR:
- Most bottles are a beautiful amber color. Since many bottles are upcycled colors sometimes vary and could include various shades of amber, brown, yellow, green... We will select a beautiful bottle for your order

Since these are upcycled bottles, labels & bottle neck foil (when present) may show normal wear.

I have lots of bottles that don’t get listed because I only have 1 of them or because my little ones keep me too busy to put all my items on Etsy.

How do you cut the bottles?
I cut your bottle using professional lapidary equipment. Some of which I inherited from my beloved late grandpa Pop pop. As a teenage he started teaching me. Now I'm grown with children of my own. I'm using what he taught me to make a living while I take a break from teaching to be with my little ones. His professional equipment and and my attention to detail is why my bottles have such beautiful, safe edges.

FYI this glass was not originally intentioned for it's new purpose in life so PLEASE HAND WASH AND DO NOT PUT IN THE DISHWASHER. Enjoy!
