3 out of 5 starsI contacted the seller as soon as I made my purchase asking about adding a quote for the inside of the box. The seller took three days to respond to me. While I was making up my mind as to whether or not, I would add the quote inside they shipped the item without asking me first. This happened within one day. the box and the personalization is very nice but the magnets used to close the box are not great so it does not always stay closed.

Can I add a name to a tumbler with a set design (i.e. Senior 2020)?
Yes! Almost all our tumbler can have a name added! Please check out our name add on listing to add a name to you tumbler.

What's in the spa items?
Soap: Olive Oil, Coconut Oil, Soybean Oil, Corn Oil, Sunflower Oil, Organic Shea Butter, Water, Lye, Ground Oatmeal (ONLY in "Oatmeal Milk & Honey), Frangrance, and Colorant.

Care Instructions
Any items that will be washed (i.e. a shirt, a tumbler) will come with its care instructions for durability of the product and decoration.
How long does it take to receive my item?
Production time varies per item; please see each item for time frames of production. We pride ourselves on quick processing times and always strive to ship out on the ealrier end of production time quotes. Please note, Production time does NOT include shipping time.
Can I return or exchange my item if I don't like the color combination I selected?
Due to all items being made to order, we cannot accept any returns or exchanges. Please do message us before you order when in doubt of how a color combo will look. Often times we have a photo of that color combination or can send a picture of the material next to the color product you'd like.
However, if there is a problem with your order let us know within 7 days of delivery so we can "Make It" right!
What does handmade mean?
Handmade means our team personally decorates or personalizes all items sold on our shop. We are ridiculously detail oriented and extremely critical of our work, however slight imperfections or pattern placement differences can occur.
Why is the information in the Personalization Box important?
Simply put, without that information we can't complete your order. Unfortunately, we don't have the ability to add more than 2 pull downs on Etsy therefore limiting how much we can ask for in a required format. With those limitations, we rely on the notes in the personalization box to get all the information we need to make your products as custom and personalized as you want and expect them to be!
Keep an eye on your Etsy Messages as we will message you as soon as we can with any missing infomation we need to finish your order!
Why is my order taking a long time in shipping?
Please note that due to COVID-19, USPS is experiencing random delays (up to 10-14 days) with First Class and Priority Mail deliveries. It does NOT happen often, but it does happen. Please be advised that we cannot be liable for any delays caused by USPS. If you need it by a certain date, please reach out to us to inquire on the cost to upgrade your order to UPS 2 Day Shipping.
What happens if my item arrives damaged?
Please take pictures of the item AND the shipping packaging it came in showing the damages from transit (if applicable) and send them to us with a message via Etsy Messages. We will work with you to get this resolved as quickly as possible.
