I’m excited to announce I will now be offering “Rush Order” this allows your order to be processed in 1 business day . simply add the “Rush Order” listing to your cart along with the item . Keep in mind that weekends and holidays do not count as business days . There will be NO REFUNDS, NO EXCHANGES since all items are made to order. How soon do you ship ?
We try to ship out within 2 business days (does not include Saturday, Sunday and major Holidays.) reference time on listing .
Can I cancel my order and get a refund ?
All custom orders can not be canceled or refunded . Any other order can be canceled and refunded as long as it hasn’t been shipped. Reminder I usually ship quickly, sometimes within a couple hours , so please be mindful of that. Thank you for your understanding.
My shipment isn’t here yet , what can I do ?
All shipping is done through usps . Once I drop off packages it is in their hands to process the package and update tracking . I know they are currently working hard to process shipments but there is a delay in both delivery and tracking . Unless your tracking says delivered and it hasn’t arrived , your package should be on it’s way . Please be patient in these difficult times.
