We can ONLY update your shipping address BEFORE ship your order. Once your order is shipped, the shipping address cannot be changed or edited. We are not responsible replacing or reshipping items due to incorrect or outdated shipping addresses. Please double check your shipping address when checking out, and all will be well! :)

Sorry, due to the nature of our custom, handmade items and that they are made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. Items are not created or produced until orders are placed. We do, however, create them with the absolute most care and attention to detail using the custom options you specify. Please be as specific as possible, double-check spellings and shipping addresses, and order the correct size to ensure that your order will be as beautiful and accurate as possible!

Please carefully double check your personalization details before placing your order. If you notice a typo or error after you submit your order, let us know as soon as possible. If/whenever possible, we will make the correction before production has begun. This will not always be possible, as some of our custom items begin production immediately. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for items created using incorrect details entered during checkout. While we are absolutely happy and able to recreate or amend completed orders when needed, the fees associated with correcting the item(s), recreation, and/or reshipment will be the buyer's responsibility.

To us, creating real glitter custom tumblers means doing it the right way with the highest quality and utmost attention to detail. The process includes many steps, and we do not rush them. Typically, it takes us five days from start to finish to create your beautiful, custom glitter tumbler! This process incudes: cup prep, painting, glittering, first clear coat, sanding, first cleaning, artwork design, artwork production, placement of artwork, final clear coat, drying/curing, final cleaning, polishing, washing, quality assurance check, and packaging. When your order is ready to ship, we package it with equal care and attention to detail so that your order arrives safely and beautifully packaged, complete with a coupon for future use.

Sorry, proofs are not possible given we create your beautiful custom tumblers from scratch once you place your order. With the exception of our Pet Portrait products, all of our custom personalized tumblers are custom made with your chosen combination of colors, fonts, and decal colors you'd like! We do not have any pre-made color combinations created, as we create them on a one-by-one basis. If we work with you on a custom concept outside of the options provided, we will create a mockup in this case.
