5 out of 5 starsTracking indicated it was delivered to us at home. It had not been delivered to us. This rang alarm bells as suspected it was lost or stolen. We eventually had to collect from our local post sorting office, whereby we also had to pay a customs clearing charge of £44. Even though this amount may vary,Etsy need to make this additional payment requirement more prominent when quoting overseas customers.

There are several warnings on my etsy site about customs charges! The problem (as I see it) is that customs fees are quite unpredictable and certainly differ in different countries. In regard to tracking, it is provided by USPS. Once the package has arrived in the UK, USPS apparently signs off and no one appears to pick up the tracking function.
