There was lack of communication between buyer and myself after I shipped her item. I did contact her after I investigated the tracking number. I noted I found her item to be have been delivered and therefore cannot refund the transaction. Two days later I have not heard back after I reached out.

5 out of 5 starsThis Christmas ornament was purchased late in the shopping season for my daughter. We were afraid it wouldn't arrive in time. Fortunately it arrived the Saturday before Christmas! The ornament was just how it was described and beautiful. The rose-gold color was just right and my daughter loved it.
