Ash policy
ASHES MUST BE RECEIVED BY ETSY DUE DATE / WE DO NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS ON ANY CUSTOM MADE ORDERS (WE PURCHASE YOUR COLORS AFTER YOU ORDER FROM OUR MANUFACTURER).
If ashes do not arrive in time we must make any items without ashes. No exceptions.
After an order is paid we will send you instructions to ship the ashes directly to us. You will send 1/2 teaspoon or more of ashes depending on the size of the memorial, qty, etc.
What is the exact size of a memorial glass item?
Our sizes are the diameter of the glass. All items are hand made and may vary slightly as we do not use molds to create our items. No two items are identical and sizes are approx., they may be slightly off as they are handmade.
What is the process for a memorial glass order?
Place an order for the size and color memorial you like. If you need help contact us for a custom order.
Once an order is paid we will send instructions for sending us the ashes. Once the ashes arrive we contact you and make your artwork with the hot glass, ashes you provide and colors. We shape and cool the work to perfection.
We then ship your item back and update you with tracking. Any remaining ashes (if you send too much) are disbursed in Lake Tahoe Desolation Wilderness.
What do I do if my package is lost, stolen, or my items are damaged?
Our shop is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are marked as delivered, per etsy's seller terms and conditions.
For broken or defective items contact us immediately with photos to start an insurance claim (note insurance claims with USPS or UPS can take up to 30 days and claims are not guaranteed by carriers).
When should I place an order for Christmas?
Orders must be placed by Oct 1st 2021 for guaranteed Christmas day delivery. Any orders placed after this date will not be guaranteed by our company or carriers.
