Custom and personalized orders

I love custom orders and offer personalization on select items.

Sizing details

Check individual listings for available sizes. We specialize in custom orders. Convo me with your sizing request and I'll reply quickly with the available sizing options.

Gift wrapping and packaging

Available on all orders. Included free on garters and garter sets. For other orders a small fee will be charged.

What if I change my mind on a custom order after purchase?

If you change your mind within two days after purchase and your item has not yet been made, a full refund will be given, minus a restocking fee of 15%.

All deposit payments are non-refundable. Taxes and duties incurred by international customers are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. Rush order fees are nonrefundable.

Can Custom and personalized orders be returned?

Custom orders are Final Sale and are not returnable except In the outside chance of an item(s) arriving broken or an error was made in processing the order, I will gladly fix or exchange the item (Please provide photo(s) and send me a convo within 2 days of receiving your order and specific information will be given to you regarding instructions on returning the item(s). I advise buyers to send item(s) back with insurance and tracking. No refunds will be made on items lost in the mail.

Are volume discounts available?

Yes, a discount of 15% is available on orders of 3 items or more.

What sets my designs apart?

Twice a year I travel to the finest fabric shops in the US and every other year to Paris or London to personally select the luxurious, opulent and high-quality materials that I use in my designs. It is your wedding day, so only the best will do!

Refund Policy

Refunds are accepted minus a 15% restocking fee and the buyer needs to pay for shipping to return the item. Please package the item, in the same careful secure manner, it was sent and return it via USPS or UPS. Obtain a tracking number to assist in locating the package or to help if damage occurs on the return trip. Once I receive the item back in its original condition, unworn, unused, and unwashed, I will issue a refund minus the 15% restocking fee. .
