Frequently asked questions
When will my order ship?
I work out of my studio and honor firm business hours to maintain a healthy balance.
As of October 2023, my working hours are:
Monday - Friday 11:00 am - 7:00 pm CST
Please allow 10 - 15 business days for your order to be lovingly tendered to. When it's ready to ship, you'll receive an email with the tracking information. Don't forget to check your spam folder too
Scheduled Pickups + Shipping Details
I ship all order via United States Postal Service. This is non negotiable. Order pickups are scheduled every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Once it has been picked up, I'm no longer responsible for your package. All packages are insured. If something happens, it's the customers responsibility to file an insurance claim, police report, etc. Orders are not replaced free of charge. Thank you for understanding and honoring this boundary.
International Orders
I'm happy to accept international orders. Please contact me directly at midnightbyverbena@gmail.com.
Incorrect Address/Returned Packages
If a package is returned due to incorrect address or otherwise marked as "return to sender", it is your responsibility to pay for re-shipping labels. Please double check that your address is correct prior to completing your order. I do not cover costs of reshipping labels.

Refunds + Cancellations
Due to the nature of the products we do not accept returns for spiritual and personal hygienic reasons. We do not offer exchanges. We do not accept cancellations. I stand by my shop policies. They are non negotiable.
