Custom and personalized orders
If you're interested in a personal commission, please send me a message and we'll discuss it! I can do digital orders or possibly physical depending on what you're looking for.
Pricing is established on a case by case basis. Turnaround time may vary and I can't always guarantee a quick turnaround time if I'm busy, but I'll be sure to let you know. Rush fees may also be an option if you're in a hurry.
How long does it take before you ship out an order?
This may vary. I run this shop alone and I try to keep things running as smoothly as I can but if I run low on packing supplies or am otherwise swamped with work it may take me a few extra days. If there's an expected delay I'll be sure to contact you.
What do I do if my order is lost or damaged?
If this happens, please contact me! If there's been serious damage, send me photographic proof and we'll see what we can do.
However, I am not responsible for lost orders if you provided me with incomplete or incorrect details. Please make sure these are correct when ordering.
