Everything you purchase from Molly and Mom is custom designed and embroidered by me. If you request them, I will send proofs to you through an Etsy conversation so please check your messages from time to time. Etsy does not collect phone numbers so if I cannot reach you online after two messages, I will make your items following the instructions you had provided at checkout. Please note that if you purchase as you may not receive a message that your proofs are ready so it's important that you check here yourself within a couple of days of the estimated ship date provided in the listing.

I make all designs in the order of sale. Cancellations are not accepted once I have started embroidering your items.

I prefer to communicate only through Etsy conversations. Having a record of our conversations provides me all of the details of what you have in mind for your design and is readily available to review when it's time to embroider, however if you purchase as a guest and request a proof I will also notify you via email. I strongly suggest you include your phone number if purchasing as a guest in case I need additional information to make your design.

Please refer to the listing for my current production time, but keep in mind that this is not a guarantee, rather my best estimate as I work alone, and everything here is custom made for you. Most times the estimates are very accurate though.

In fairness to all, orders are processed in the order they are received so the estimated ship date includes the waiting period between the time I receive your order and when I reach your order on my schedule. I usually wait until a day or so before then to send requested proofs for your approval.
