Thank you for visiting my little shop - just a note that lots of orders are arriving late due to the current covid-19 pandemic affecting many folks and industries including the postal service. I ask that you please be patient with your package as it makes its way to you. I apologize for the inconvenience.

If you have ordered outside of Canada, I ask that you wait at least 2-4 weeks before assuming your order was lost. It can take a while for international packages to arrive - I am also getting lots of question about shipping rates, please realize that the shipping rates are beyond my control and it cost me just as much to send out your product as it does for you to pay for shipping.

Additionally, if your product still doesn't arrive after a significant amount of time, please message me and let me know if you would like for me to resend or refund the product. If you're product arrives damaged, please let me know about this as well and send me a picture and I will gladly refund or resend the product.

All orders include a little freebie to show how much i appreciate my clients! Lately I have been including scrapbook supplies or simple drawings in my packages :)
