Every listing in my shop is for a DIGITAL ITEM. I do not sell physical products. I create digital cutting files for crafters who use vinyl cutting machines such as the Cricut Maker and the Silhouette Cameo.
My designs can be used to create physical products such as: shirts, wood signs, mugs, tumblers, hats, wine glasses, pillows, tote bags, wall decals, ornaments, cards, paper crafts, etc.
Most of my designs will come with 4 file types - SVG, DXF, PNG, and EPS. Some of my older designs will not include EPS files and my oldest designs may only have an SVG file included. If you need other files types for my older designs, just let me know, and I'd be happy to send it to you.
My designs are not intended to be printables.
All of my designs can be used for both Personal & SMALL Business Commercial Use (up to 200 uses). If you need an extended license please contact me prior to purchasing.

Please do not message me asking what fonts I use in my designs. There is a wonderful Facebook group called “what the font” that is very helpful in identifying fonts.

How do I download my purchases?
After your payment is processed you will be able to download the files instantly. In your account, go to "purchases and reviews" and you will see a "download files" link. You will also receive an email with a download notification.
File type and software?
SVG - Cricut Design Space and Silhouette Studio DESIGNER Edition
DXF - Silhouette Studio BASIC Edition
PNG - Transparent file (no white background) - can easily be traced in cutting software
Please make sure your software or cutting machine will work with this file before placing your order as all sales of digital items are final.
What about trademarks?
IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING TRADEMARKS & COMMON WORDS/PHRASES
All of my files are currently listed for commercial use. I am currently updating my policies and going through my listings to check for any common phrases or words that have been recently trademarked.
It is your responsibility to research the USPTO database to make sure your products do not infringe on a registered trademark.
I will do my best to research and keep up to date with any new registered trademarks, however, new trademarks are registered daily, and I cannot guarantee that SVGs you purchase from my shop will not be a registered trademark. MyGraceLynnDesigns is not liable for you not doing your due diligence.

Can I use your designs for POD?
No. I create designs for crafters and SMALL Businesses.
My designs are meant to be used by only ONE user to create physical products. All products are to be made by you.
No 3rd party printing or mass production allowed.
You MAY NOT use Print On Demand services such as: Zazzle, Amazon Merch, Printful, RedBubble, Society6, CafePress Teespring, etc.
You MAY NOT use Printful, Printify, or similar sites to sell items in your own shop (Etsy, Shopify, etc).
If you want to use one my designs for POD services, please contact me before purchasing, and we can discuss the correct license.
Can I sell products with your designs on them?

You MAY NOT use my design to create transfers to sell
Where is the SVG file?
The SVG file may appear as a web document with the icon of the browser you are using (chrome, firefox, internet explorer, etc) but that is the SVG file. That file can be imported into the software you are using and it will work as an SVG.
