All our earrings will come in the gift boxes, all our bracelets up to 7,5 inches will come in the gift boxes, the bracelets bigger than 7,5 inch will come in the organza bags.

Customer is responsible for indicating their size right.
Use a measuring tape or a piece of string to measure the size of your wrist just above the wrist bone. Add a quarter of an inch for a tighter fit or half of an inch for more comfortable feel. If your desired wrist size is not indicated in drop down list, just include it in the messages and I will adjust it for you.

1. It is important to keep your bracelets, necklaces and earrings dry.
Don’t wash your hands or dishes with jewelry on, don’t wear your jewelry while swimming in the pool or ocean, don’t take shower with it, and don’t work out in the gym with your jewelry on. Minerals and chlorine added to the water can harm the stones and the metals. If you accidently wear your bracelet while your hands are submerged in the water, make sure to dry them off.
2.Avoid any chemicals on your jewelry. If you are cleaning with any household cleaners, take off your bracelet until you are done. Take off your jewelry before putting any cream, lotion, oil or perfume on your skin. Oil can cause build up and discoloration between the beads and any metal components.

3. Don’t expose your jewelry to the open sun for a long time. It may lose its color and properties. Try to keep your jewelry in a dark dry place, like a jewelry box. But keep in mind that different stones have different levels of hardness. So if you keep several different stone jewelry pieces in one place, the hardest one can scratch the softer one. That is why it is better to wrap each piece in a soft cloth.

4. Try to remove all jewelry before going to bed. While taking off the stretch bracelet, don’t pull it fast, roll it slow and gentle from your wrist. Open gently all the fasteners and closures on all jewelry. So you will keep it longer.

5. Use a soft cloth to wipe all your natural stone jewelry from any dust or build up after any normal use. If you accidentally wet your jewelry with water or sweat, try to wipe it as soon as possible with dry soft cloth. Some of the gemstones should never be exposed to water like : Angelite, Pyrite, Hematite.

Before sending you the jewelry, we cleanse and charge it.

As your jewelry absorbs all the negative energy, and gives you its power, we recommend cleansing and charging it periodically.

If you have white sage, you can smudge the jewelry with its smoke, it will cleanse all the negative energy.

For those who have at home selenite crystal, you can lay your jewelry on top to cleanse. Selenite eliminates all the negative energy and amplifies the energy of other crystals.

To charge your jewelry, leave it under the moon (the full moon is better) overnight. Ideally leave your jewelry on earth or a natural surface where it can be grounded.

If you follow all our care instructions, and take care gently of your jewelry it will last and please you longer.

Usually it takes 1-3 days for me to complete your order.
I find that regular ground shipping works better and faster than priority.
We are working on shipping your items on time, but unfortunately we have no control over shipping companies, so please try to order in advance!!!
As soon as the package gets to the USPS, only USPS is responsible for any shipping delays, damage, or loss, the buyer should contact their local Post office for details or updates.
In case of lost package, the buyer has to fill in the claim at their Post Office and solve the problem with them. We can't control this.
