All of our products are custom made.

Please read each entire listing before ordering and count on production taking the most amount of days listed before placing the order. The partners we work with produce each item to specifications and do not accept cancelations once an order has been placed. They do not accept returns unless there is a product defect. Since we are a "Ma and Pa" shop, we cannot afford to buy custom products and store them.

Therefore, please read the full listing and come to us with any questions before placing an order as we cannot refund your order. If there is a product defect when the order arrives, please send us a photograph of the imperfections and get in touch with us. We will give you instructions on how to return the item to our production partners. Thank you.

We are happy to do custom orders for an additional surcharge of $5 and up, for patterns and colors. We cannot change the designs or materials of our products, because we work with production partners. Please get in contact with us through the Etsy system to discuss particulars. We will get back to you within 2 business days to confirm whether or not we can make the desired changes. Once the changes are made, we will put the new product in our store and send you a link.

All transactions are done through the Etsy system.
