The chess board is magnificent. Nick was easy to communicate with and accommodated my requests on colours / types of wood, including the rough edge to the board. The board itself is very detailed and far bigger than I was expecting - I’ve added a photo with my hand on it just to give a sense of the size of the board! The chess pieces are beautifully carved and completed with some felt on the bottom, which is a nice touch to stop them wearing away. Nick packaged the set very thoroughly and posted it to the UK without any problems. A really unique item that will be passed down for generations, I hope! Thank you Nick!

The set and board was custom made for us. Nick was quite helpful during the design process and it was made and delivered in a timely manner. We are very happy with the set and board.
